· Ouvrir les champs de mathématiques aux problèmes socio-économiques et de développement
· Résoudre les problèmes sociaux par les mathématiques.
Les communications seront présentées par des chercheurs et enseignants des Universités d'Amérique, d'Asie, d'Europe et d'Afrique.
